Regional airports see service cuts, higher fares

Travelers using regional airports are reportedly finding fewer flights, more expensive fares and packed planes as strapped airlines attempt to further reduce costs. For instance, Toledo seats have been cut 59% from a year ago and Lansing, Mich., seats are down by half while fares have jumped 15% to 30%.
