Florida health agency warns against mosquito-borne disease

Two horses in Hillsborough County, Fla., tested positive for Eastern equine encephalitis, a rare illness transmitted by infected mosquitoes to humans and animals. The county health department on Friday advised residents to take precautions and report any sightings of dead birds.
