Officials work to improve Georgia's special-needs scholarship program

A state voucher system that allows students with disabilities in Georgia to attend private schools is being criticized over delays in reimbursement payments to the schools. Many say the program has helped raise achievement among students with disabilities, but other concerns -- including that the enrollment window is too short and that many families are unaware of the program -- have legislators and schools working to revise the program.
