Bank of America is bullish on small-business lending

Last year Bank of America's new loans to small businesses jumped 28% from the year before, and optimism should lead to more growth, says Robb Hilson, head of small-business banking. He says some of the bank's best opportunities rest with developing relationships with existing customers, such as offering investment and retirement advice.
