CE Week sees Seiki unveil low-cost 4K TV

Seiki showed off a $699 39-inch 4K TV at CE Week. The company announced a 50-inch set earlier this year, while a 65-inch model is expected to debut later in 2013. Meanwhile, Samsung Electronics put its curved organic light-emitting diode television on the market, pricing it at $13,000 -- identical to the price tag LG Electronics put on its OLED TVs.
