FAA report on PEDs delayed until September

People will have to wait a little longer to see what the Federal Aviation Administration has to say about using electronic devices during flights. Its report will not be released until September. When used, personal electronic devices must be in "airplane mode," and they cannot be on during takeoff or landing. The report will reveal what a group made up of airline and safety organizations, aircraft manufacturers and government agencies has to say on whether personal electronic devices are safe for use on flights.
