Givaudan debuts tongue-stimulating seasonings

Givaudan has introduced seasonings for snacks that work on the tongue instead of the nose. "The flavor industry has historically worked with flavors that have molecules that work in your nose," said Marketing Director Martin Mei. "But when working on salt reduction or fat reduction, you need to work on the tongue."
