GM brings a Spark EV to CE Week, demonstrates car connectivity

General Motors discussed applications and connectivity in automotive electronics at CE Week. The company showed off its Chevrolet Spark electric vehicle, a city car now on sale in some markets. Constant connectivity is an important element of auto electronics now, according to Tim Nixon, chief technology officer of GM’s global connected consumer group. "Apps bring that promise to life of having the ability to make the car better over time," he said.
