Miami to use SITA for self-service upgrades

As part of a $6.4 billion capital improvement program, Miami International Airport will be the first airport in North America with SITA AirportConnect Open. The system includes self-service technology and virtualization. SITA will also test self-service boarding gates and other technology such as near field communication.
