Report: Mexico emerges as a global leader in manufacturing

Mexico is beginning to rival China as a manufacturing location, according to a report by Boston Consulting Group. Several factors, such as cheap labor costs, more free-trade agreements, low energy costs and expertise in key industries as automotive and appliances, are catapulting Mexico to become a formidable force in global manufacturing.
