Small-business advisers brace for post-DOMA changes

After the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that part of the Defense of Marriage Act is unconstitutional, financial advisers working with small businesses are preparing to cope with a wave of requirements. Sponsors will need to take another look at 401(k) plans and health benefits, experts say, and advisers will need to inform employees of changes.
