Survey: Reform, lending rules among bankers' top concerns

Regulatory reform is the top issue keeping bankers up at night, according to a Wolters Kluwer survey. The next-biggest concern is consumer lending regulations, such as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's new mortgage rules and changes to the Truth in Lending and Real Estate Settlement Procedure acts. Bigger banks also report being anxious about UDAAP and HMDA reporting amendments.
