Twinkies' return faces "health-conscious" consumers

With the box design, recipe and price tag sticking with tradition, the only difference facing the return of Hostess' Twinkies to the shelves is the growing number of consumers reading nutrition labels. "Twinkies are not exactly a good candidate for a millennial consumer," and the snack's "nostalgic consumer demographic is getting old and health-conscious," said Stuart Leslie, president of the brand design firm 4sight.
