GSK's Paxil back on the market

GlaxoSmithKline has shipped its antidepressant Paxil CR to U.S. pharmacies, nearly four months after FDA officials blocked distribution amid reports of manufacturing problems at plants in Tennessee and Puerto Rico. Those problems have been identified and fixed, according to GSK, and distribution is to resume shortly of the diabetes drug Avandamet, also manufactured in Puerto Rico.
