Insurance firms expect claims to pour in

Insurance companies are preparing for claims from policyholders with property damaged by four days of heavy rainstorms in the Washington, D.C., area. Most claims filed so far have been for flood damage. The Insurance Information Institute said it is too early to estimate the insurance industry's losses from the storm.
