Unfertilized eggs used to create embryonic stem cells

Unfertilized human eggs have been stimulated to create embryonic stem cells, a step toward producing tissue that can be transplanted into the donor's body. Scientists say the finding means a woman may be able to supply her own eggs to produce a disease treatment.
