Pros and cons of Google Voice

Google's new Voice service will lets users route all telephones -- cell, home, office, etc. -- to one number, and gives a wide array of options for screening calls and handling messages. JR Raphael cites five positives to the service but notes that it could raise a number of possible concerns, such as questions about privacy and reliability, and hassles related to changing your phone number(s) later.
