School-lunch dollars skew toward meat, cheese

The U.S. Department of Agriculture spends 55 cents per school-lunch dollar on beef, cheese and chicken, and 23 cents on fruits and vegetables. Congress is set to update school-lunch rules this year and might add incentives to encourage schools to buy more produce.
