ACC: Global chemical production back to '08 levels, but growth slowing

Global demand for chemicals has returned to 2008 levels, with the North American market being 5% above where it was during May 2009. Other regional markets, including Western Europe, Asia, Middle East and Latin America, are experiencing double-digit growth rates, according to the American Chemistry Council.
