McCann, Holiday Inn sing new commercial tune

The original song by independent Nashville singer-songwriter Kyle Andrews featured in Holiday Inn's global branding effort is being marketed and sold on iTunes by the hotel chain and its agency, McCann Erickson. Should "You Always Make Me Smile" succeed in the marketplace, McCann hopes to strike other such deals between clients and performers. "The artist is a brand at this point, and this gives us the opportunity to take all the buzz from the ad and the synergies we've created and capitalize on it," said McCann senior music director Mike Boris.
