Oregon port to overhaul propane companies' rail line

Oregon International Port is planning an overhaul of a stretch of railway line used by AmeriGas and Ferrellgas to handle shipments. The work is part of a broader rail-renovation and tunnel-rehabilitation project funded by a $2.5 million stimulus grant.
