Sprint has Epic hopes for a second 4G smartphone

Sprint Nextel on Monday introduced its second 4G-enabled smartphone, the Android-powered Samsung Epic, designed to run on the Clearwire/Sprint WiMAX network and the latest in the mobile-phone-maker's Galaxy line of handsets. Sprint also pulled back its update for its initial 4G product, the HTC Evo, after finding a flaw, according to an Internet report.
