U.K. tax rate changes ignite IT industry concerns

Tax restructuring in the U.K., which will drive corporation tax rates down four points during the next four years yet increase the value-added tax, is drawing concern in the tech industry. Vendors need to act quickly, says Matthew Poyiadgi, Euro­pean vice president at CompTIA. "They will face an inev­it­able fall in profits fol­lowing its introduction," he said.
