Del. Senate approves bill to allow online gambling

The Delaware Senate passed a bill that would open the door to online gambling. The legislation, which is expected to be signed by Gov. Jack Markell as soon as today, would make slot machines and other casino games accessible through the websites of state casinos and expand keno to 100 non-casino sites. "We can keep Delaware at the forefront of developing new and better gambling options," said Senate President Pro Tem Anthony DeLuca.
