It's possible for bosses to be correct on the facts but wrong from a management perspective, says Delphix CEO Jed Yueh. Browbeating workers into agreeing with your position can demoralize them over the long haul. "You have to understand how to win wars, not individual battles. If you don't manage yourself very well, it's hard for you to maximize the performance of a team," Yueh says.
