U.S. plans to suspend Bangladesh's tariff breaks

President Barack Obama, responding to concerns about conditions in Bangladesh's garment industry, says the U.S. in 60 days will suspend special breaks on tariffs given to Bangladesh. Obama explains the decision in a letter to Congress, saying Bangladesh is "not taking steps to afford internationally recognized worker rights to workers in that country."
