Incumbent Omnicom Group's DDB, New York, reportedly has emerged the winner in a review for the New York State Lottery creative account, edging out finalists Interpublic Group agencies McCann Erickson and DraftFCB and WPP Group's Young & Rubicam, sources said. DDB sibling OMD, New York, also is said to have kept the media portion of the business.
