Detroit looks to new superintendent to save schools

Connie Calloway, who on Sunday becomes Detroit's superintendent, is stepping into a district that must rein in finances, improve school security, improve community relations as well as improve student achievement. "With the situation they are in and the rate they are losing students, incremental change is not an option," said Greg Handel of the Detroit Regional Chamber.
