Researchers explore calcium options

Washington University School of Medicine researchers suggest dietary calcium might be better for bone health than calcium supplements. Preliminary findings suggest that women who get most of their daily calcium from food have healthier bones and higher bone density than women who get most of their calcium through supplements.
