Wellness comes to the workplace as companies combat costs

Health advisers, counselors and consultants are finding a growing spot in the workplace as more companies try to cut health care costs. A survey says the number of large employers offering health risk assessments has increased from 35% in 2004 to 53% last year, and companies also are offering nurse advice lines, corporate-sponsored disease management and other programs.
