Wolfgang Puck reveals secrets to best-grilled steaks

Celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck says cooks can get the best results with grilled steaks by choosing prime cuts of tender meat, such as a center loin, rib eye or T-bone. Puck recommends initially searing the steak over the hottest place on the grill and then moving thicker slabs to the side of the grill.
