Google, "Family Guy" creator team up for ad-driven clips

Google has enlisted "Family Guy" creator Seth MacFarlane to develop a series of 50 two-minute ad-driven, animated clips that will be distributed via its AdSense Network to thousands of sites frequented by MacFarlane's typical audience of young men. Revenue from "Seth MacFarlane's Cavalcade of Cartoon Comedy" will be shared by Google, the production company Media Rights Capital, the participating Web sites and MacFarlane, who also is working with marketers to created original animated ads for the clips.
