Retired blimp pilot helps supply remote Indian reservation

Nick Nicolary piloted the Goodyear blimp for more than three decades and counts President Ronald Reagan among his famous passengers. Nowadays, he flies clothing and other supplies to impoverished Indian reservations as a part of the volunteer organization Wings of Faith. Nicolary first signed up for a Christmas airlift, and that was enough to get him hooked. "After you hand the first kid a present, you're in," he says. Established for more than 30 years, Wings of Faith has about 15 volunteer pilots delivering goods to 13 reservations.
