Survey: 3PLs optimistic about prospects for 2009

More than 60% of respondents in a survey conducted at the 3PL Summit last week said their company's outlook would improve by the end of the year. The Atlanta summit drew more than 300 participants from 3PLs: Shippers, carriers and vendors. Almost a third of respondents also said the economy's health was "better" than at the end of 2008.
