Cash flow concerns halt rise in small-business confidence

Small-business owners' confidence fell in June as concerns about cash flow persisted, according to a report from Discover Financial Services. After a two-month increase, the company's index slid to 86.1% from 87.4% in May. About 29% of business owners surveyed said they believe the economy is getting better, compared with 35% in May.
