Column: Trust between travel agents, clients is crucial

Columnist Richard Earls says a travel agent's success has a lot to do with the degree to which their clients trust them. "Clients want to do business with people they trust," Earls writes. "In the case of a travel agency, you are not selling a product, you are selling your ability to assist the client in making smart buying decisions about travel. Therefore, trust is absolutely essential."
