Financial reform will let small businesses focus on business

The financial-reform bill would be good for small businesses because it would encourage banks to go back to being banks rather than making risky trades with their customers' money, writes Gene Marks. "That means I can worry about making payroll, collecting cash, and what to do about that employee who hasn't bathed this week, instead of whether or not my bank will still be solvent on Monday," he writes.
