Georgia teachers learn how to teach biotechnology lessons

Middle- and high-school science teachers in Georgia are participating in biotechnology training, where they learned about new classroom experiments and how to use necessary equipment -- skills they will take back to students in the fall. Since the Athens Technical College's Summer Biotechnology Academy began three years ago with a federal grant, 125 teachers have participated.
