No sign of progress on FAA reauthorization

The House is scheduled to vote today on another one-month extension for the FAA, as a multi-year reauthorization bill continues to languish. The House and Senate remain far apart on key provisions of the long-term bill, including a measure to unionize workers at FedEx. Despite the high-stakes issues involved, the bill has never been formally submitted to conference, and most negotiations are taking place among staffers.
