PayPal offers credit card transactions without accounts

PayPal has launched a program called Guest Payments that will allow developers to include a credit card option with virtually any shopping app, CNET reports. Under the new program, consumers can use their credit cards to pay through PayPal, whether or not they have a PayPal account, eliminating the need for merchants to set up their own credit card acceptance system.
