Meeting the chef and touring the busy kitchen at a fine-dining establishment might be a foodie's dream, but the custom proves a nightmare for restaurant critic and blogger Marina O'Loughlin. Paying homage to the chef while trying to keep out of the way of frenzied kitchen staffers sends O'Loughlin screaming for the hills. "I have simply no idea why anyone -- me, the waitstaff, the kitchen brigade -- would think this is a good idea."
