System allows one-button operation of Skype videoconferencing

A new system called CanConnect enables individuals with disabilities to operate Skype videoconferencing technology with the use of a single button. The system was demonstrated recently at Canada's University of Victoria, where officials announced new funding for the development of Internet-based personal-support networks for health care and other services needed by individuals with disabilities and senior citizens.
