Sources: U.S. condensate-exports ruling could allow exports of other crude types

Sources in industry and government say other types of crude oil could be authorized for export after the recent decision by the Commerce Department to allow two companies to export stabilized condensates as petroleum products. Since the department based its decision on the process the crude went through, other crude types that undergo the same process could thus be exported, they say.
