Census: Graduation rates continue to climb

According to the latest Census Bureau data, more Americans are earning high school and college diplomas, although ethnic groups continue to lag behind whites in most categories. A survey conducted in the spring of 2003 reveals that 89% of whites ages 25 and older had graduated from high school, compared with about 88% of Asians, 80% of blacks and 57% of Latinos.
