Israel to exchange prisoners for return of soldiers

Israel's Cabinet voted to approve a controversial negotiation to return captured fighters to Hezbollah in exchange for two Israeli soldiers, who are likely dead. Though Hezbollah has yet to agree to the deal -- which would return to them imprisoned militants, the bodies of nearly a dozen fighters and an unknown number of Palestinian prisoners -- the group hailed the agreement as a confirmation of its approach to Israel.
