Report: Authority to announce delays on WTC rebuilding, cost overruns

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey was expected to announce on Monday that progress on the World Trade Center reconstruction site will take longer and cost more than expected, according to The Wall Street Journal. The newspaper reported that construction of the project likely won't conclude until the middle of the next decade, and the cost could exceed the original expected cost by $3 billion.
