For some Starbucks regulars, new brew could be bolder

Starbucks recently introduced Pike Place Roast coffee as the default brew at its roughly 11,000 locations nationwide. The new roast is relatively mild, prompting complaints from some Starbucks fans who prefer the chain's signature bold blends. Sales of drip coffee are up at Starbucks, but some are worried that the move toward milder blends will alienate core customers.
