Canadian REITs trading at premiums to NAV downgraded

Blackmont Capital has downgraded shares of two Canadian REITs because they are trading at premiums to their net asset value. Canadian Apartment Properties REIT and First Capital Realty were dropped to "sector underperform." This is the first time since the first quarter of 2007 that REITs covered by Blackmont's research were priced above NAV.
