International Energy Agency cuts back forecast on oil demand

Because of the economic downturn, demand for crude oil will not recover to last year's level until 2012, the International Energy Agency predicted. The agency said in a report that the world's need for oil in the next five years will be less than previously forecast, with demand growing an average 0.6% a year until 2014.
