Japanese unemployment at highest in more than 5 years

Even as the government's stimulus managed to increase household spending, Japan's unemployment rate hit 5.2% last month, the highest in 5 1/2 years. Economists anticipate that before the recession is over, joblessness will top the postwar high of 5.5%.
